At Marine Deals Direct we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of customer service and a wide range of local and international marine brands.

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if the size is incorrect or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return it to us, unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it within 30 days of original invoice date, and we will provide you with an exchange or credit.
We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or do not do what they are supposed to. If the item is faulty or the return is a result of our error we will refund the shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Conditions 

    • Marine Deals Direct will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit provided:
    • item(s) are returned to us within 30 days of the original invoice date
    • returned item(s) must be unused and in re-saleable condition
    • the original tags and labels must still be attached
    • item(s) must be returned in original packaging
    • original Tax Invoice must be returned with item(s)
    • item(s) do not fall within the special exceptions below.

General Conditions

    • We will refund using your original payment method
    • Cost of returning non faulty item(s) will be at the expense of the customer
    • Please make sure you use a carrier that offers tracking capability & Insurance. MarineDealsDirect.com.au is not responsible for costs or losses incurred related to the return or exchange of the item(s).

Return & Exchange Steps

If you have a Marine Deals Direct Account

1. Log into 'My Account' and go to 'Completed Orders'.

2. Select the blue 'Return Item(s)' button and complete your return request.

If you do not have a Marine Deals Direct Account

Please contact us before returning an item so that we may provide you with a return number and a shipping address.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the returned item(s) arrive to our warehouse. Once we receive the item(s) in saleable condition, we will issue a refund or send replacement item(s) as requested. All replacement item(s) are subject to availability and wherever possible we will try to fulfill customer requests, although we cannot guarantee stock availability. In the event the returned item(s) do not meet the Returns & Exchange requirements we will advise you by email why we cannot approve your return of the item(s).

Special Exceptions

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind unless the item(s) is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Changes to Orders

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
